Duties

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is cooked properly, presented beautifully, and served promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen station throughout shifts
- Follow food safety and handling procedures diligently to uphold health standards
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients




- Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple orders
- Ensure proper storage of ingredients and leftovers in accordance with safety guidelines

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Hands-on kitchen experience with food preparation and cooking techniques
- Knowledge of food handling safety regulations and best practices
- Experience with meal preparation and working in a fast-paced environment is highly valued
- Familiarity with serving procedures and customer service standards in the food industry
- Ability to work collaboratively with team members to deliver exceptional dining experiences
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
