Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Line Cook to join our energetic kitchen team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items with precision and care, ensuring high-quality meals are delivered efficiently. Your enthusiasm for food preparation and commitment to food safety will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities

- Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food is handled safely and maintained at proper temperatures during preparation and service
- Assist in plating dishes attractively and efficiently for timely service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy periods
- Follow all sanitation procedures, including proper storage of ingredients and disposal of waste




- Support the overall food service process by assisting with meal preparation as needed

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a line cook in a restaurant setting
