Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the restaurant and food industry, with a solid focus on meal preparation and food safety. This role is essential in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently, delivering high-quality dishes to our guests.

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and measuring spices.
- Assist in the cooking process by following recipes and ensuring proper food handling techniques.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and storage areas.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Monitor food quality during preparation and cooking to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Help with inventory management by tracking supplies and reporting shortages to the kitchen manager.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

Skills





- Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred.
