We are seeking a skilled and motivated experienced line cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in food preparation, a passion for culinary excellence and the ability to thrive in a fast paced setting.

Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
- Assist in meal preparation, ensuring all ingredients are ready for service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Follow food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a secure cooking environment.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive kitchen atmosphere
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and served at the correct temperature

Qualifications

- 2+ Years experience as a line cook in a high-volume kitchen
- Strong ability to cook eggs in multiple styles with consistent quality
- Knowledge of food handling, preparation, and safety standards.




- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays is a must.
- A passion for cooking and commitment to providing excellent service.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Food safe certificate (or willingness to obtain)
