Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Cook a variety of menu items with precision, speed, and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to ensure food safety and efficiency
- Assist in food handling, storage, and inventory management to minimize waste
- Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks
- Follow all food safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures at all times




- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and excellent food quality

Requirements

- Prior food service experience, including restaurant or kitchen work, is highly preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food handling safety standards and sanitation practices
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- Robust attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
- Basic understanding of serving procedures and customer service principles is a plus
