Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Cook a variety of menu items with precision, speed, and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including stations, utensils, and equipment
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all ingredients
- Assist in meal prep tasks such as chopping, portioning, and garnishing to streamline kitchen operations
- Support the team during busy hours by efficiently managing multiple orders and maintaining a positive attitude




- Ensure all food served meets quality standards and presentation expectations

Experience

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred but not required; we welcome eager learners!
- Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures is essential
- Experience in serving or interacting with customers is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness
- Strong teamwork skills with a proactive approach to supporting kitchen operations
