We are an Award Winning Coffee Roasters and coffee shop based in Qualicum Beach and Parksville. We require an enthusiastic person to come join our team and grow with the company. We currently have 2 locations; the main cafe is in Qualicum Beach and the Roastery Cafe is in Parksville. The role will involve baking plus preparing and cooking easy food, cleaning, and ensuring food safety and quality and all the other random things that go with running a busy coffee shop.

Experience working with food in the service industry is a requirement and enthusiasm is a must. The ideal applicant will be customer-focused, detail oriented, willing to work as part of a team, and have an interest in food and coffee as well as a commitment to the long term plans of a vibrant and growing company.



Weekend availability is essential.
