Overview

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Retail Sales Associate to join our brand new store. Currently hiring a Full Time Evening position. This role offers an excellent prospect to develop your customer service and sales skills in a fast-paced retail environment.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about helping customers find what they need, providing exceptional service, and contributing to a welcoming shopping experience. Fluency in English is required, and multilingual abilities are a valuable asset. Brand new location and building, proper transportation and ability to work until midnight are required.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their shopping needs
- Provide product information and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and display areas
- Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is properly labeled and presented
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve store performance
- Uphold company policies and ensure compliance with safety standards
- Customer Excellence: Provide top-tier service to walk-ins and actively recruit/manage commercial/corporate accounts (e.g., restaurants, offices, event planners).
- Inventory Management:



Perform regular stock updates and ensure inventory levels are 100% accurate.
- Compliance: Strictly enforce ID checks and maintain AGLC ProServe standards at all times.

Skills

- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities such as Spanish, French or other languages are a plus
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently when needed
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Positive attitude, reliability, and enthusiasm for helping customers

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: From $16.00 per hour
