Job Summary

Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist them in locating products or making selections based on their preferences.
- Operate POS systems accurately for sales transactions, including cash handling and processing credit/debit payments.
- Conduct product demonstrations and upselling to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain merchandising standards by restocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product availability.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining phone etiquette.




- Manage inventory levels through stock checks and communicate supply needs to management.
- Uphold store cleanliness, safety protocols, and compliance with legal age restrictions for alcohol sales.

Requirements

- Previous retail sales or cashiering experience preferred; technical sales experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customers.
- Knowledge of POS systems, basic math skills for cash handling, and proficiency in merchandising techniques.
- Ability to perform basic organizational tasks such as inventory management and time management.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.
- Multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging with a diverse clientele.
- Demonstrated ability to upsell products while maintaining a positive shopping environment.
