Role Description The Logistics Specialist is a full time remote role responsible for coordinating and managing daily logistics operations. This includes planning and tracking shipments, monitoring order status, and ensuring on-time deliveries in alignment with customer requirements and internal service standards.

The role involves communicating with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues, provide shipment updates, and maintain accurate documentation for domestic and export activities.

Specialist will analyze logistics data to identify delays, cost drivers,



and process inefficiencies, recommending improvements where appropriate. This role also supports compliance with relevant regulations and company policies while using logistics and communication tools to keep information current and accessible.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with clients, carriers, and internal stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills to review logistics data, identify trends, and support process improvements.
- Knowledge of Supply Chain Management and Export procedures to manage shipments and documentation effectively.
- Proficiency with logistics software, transportation management systems (TMS), and common office applications (e.g., spreadsheets, email, collaboration tools).
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple shipments, deadlines, and documents simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing operational needs.
- Experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations is preferred.
