Logistics Coordinator – Rose Valley, SK

ProSoils is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our team based in Rose Valley, Saskatchewan. This is a key role responsible for coordinating transportation and logistics across multiple areas of our agricultural operations.

The successful candidate will play a critical role during our busy fall ammonia season while supporting year-round logistics for grain, fertilizer, propane, and other agricultural products. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate the movement and delivery of anhydrous ammonia during the fall application season.
- Plan and schedule grain, fertilizer, propane, and other agricultural product transportation.
- Communicate with drivers, dispatch, suppliers, customers, and farm operations to ensure efficient logistics.
- Monitor delivery schedules and respond quickly to changing operational needs.
- Coordinate equipment utilization and transportation resources.
- Maintain accurate shipping documentation and transportation records.
- Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company safety standards.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce transportation costs.

Qualifications




- Previous experience in transportation, dispatch, logistics, or agricultural operations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Experience with agricultural commodities, fertilizer, propane, or grain logistics is considered a strong asset.
- Knowledge of Saskatchewan transportation regulations is an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and logistics or dispatch software is preferred.
