Bema Autosport BMW: Automotive Lot Attendant

Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Automotive Lot Attendant to join our Bema team. The primary responsibility of the Automotive Lot Attendant is to maintain the cleanliness and organization of our dealership's inventory. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the dealership's lot and showroom
- Ensure that all vehicles are parked in designated spots and properly aligned
- Move vehicles as directed by the sales team or management
- Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues to management
- Ensure that all vehicle keys are properly stored and secured
- Assist with dealership events and promotions as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills




- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Working Conditions: This position requires the Automotive Lot Attendant to work outdoors in all weather conditions, including heat and cold. Physical Requirements: The Automotive Lot Attendant must be able to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time. The Automotive Lot Attendant must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
