Job Summary

Join our dynamic automotive team as a Lube Technician, where your enthusiasm and mechanical skills will keep vehicles running smoothly and customers satisfied. In this energetic role, you will perform routine maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and basic inspections. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will ensure each vehicle meets safety and quality standards.

Duties

- Perform oil changes, lubrication, and fluid replacements efficiently and accurately on a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Inspect vehicles for potential issues such as leaks, worn belts, or damaged parts, and communicate findings to the service team
- Use hand tools and power tools to replace filters, batteries, wipers, and other essential components
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid top-offs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency throughout the shift




- Provide friendly customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate
- Support the sales team by suggesting additional services or products that benefit the customer’s vehicle health

Qualifications

- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity in using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during vehicle servicing
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance procedures
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks effectively
