Role: Delphix Data Masking Engineer

Location: 3 Days Hybrid, Scarborough, ON

Duration: Long-Term Contract

Job Descriptions: -

- Design and implement data masking solutions using Delphix for non-production environments.
- Perform sensitive data discovery, profiling, classification, and masking of PII, PCI, PHI, and confidential business data.
- Work with IBM Mainframe z/OS technologies including DB2, VSAM, IMS, COBOL file structures, and JCL.
- Configure and execute Delphix masking jobs, environments, connectors, and compliance policies.
- Develop and support test data provisioning, cloning, subsetting, and refresh processes.
- Analyze data relationships and ensure referential integrity across complex applications.
- Collaborate with application, QA, security, and infrastructure teams for test data requirements.
- Troubleshoot masking failures, performance issues,



and data quality concerns.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as GDPR, PIPEDA, SOX, HIPAA, and enterprise data privacy standards.

SKills Exp in Data Masking.

Exp in Delphix Masking.

Strong knowledge in mainframe zOS including,

- DB2 for z/OS
- VSAM
- IMS DB / IMS DC
- JCL
- COBOL file structures

Exp in data profiling, classification, masking rule design , synthetic data generation. Valuable knowledge of SQL and relational databases.

Understanding of data privacy and compliance frameworks.
