As a Microsoft 365 Expert, you will interact with clients to design, manage, and troubleshoot their IT systems effectively. Your role will be crucial for L1 and L2 technician support and ensuring adherence to industry best practices across client environments.

Key Responsibilities: • Deliver comprehensive tech support for hardware and software issues • Design cutting-edge network/server solutions tailored to client needs • Track and resolve client tech support issues via ticketing system • Communicate regular updates and incident progress to clients • Create professional documentation for all completed tasks

Requirements: • At least 2 years of System Administrator experience in an MSP • Industry certifications like Cisco, Microsoft, or VMware • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and related technologies • Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities • Ontario driver’s license required for client engagements
