The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Project Managers, Business Analysts, Trainers, and Consultants to join our team and support clients in the mining sector Across both North & Latin America.

These roles involve working directly with mine-site teams to review, redesign, and implement business processes that improve operational performance. You’ll work hands-on with frontline and leadership teams, helping bridge the gap between planning and execution.

Responsibilities

- Lead and deliver operational improvement and change management projects on client sites.




- Conduct detailed analysis of systems, data, and processes across mining functions (planning, production, maintenance, processing, etc.).
- Facilitate workshops and training to embed effective Management Operating Systems (MOS).
- Coach and influence client personnel to ensure the sustainability of implemented solutions.
- Support the implementation of the Jamieson Group’s iMOS solution where applicable.

What We’re Looking For

- Mining experience is essential
- either directly within a mining operation or through consulting in the mining industry.

- 3 – 5+ years of experience in project management, business improvement, or operational consulting.
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Proven ability to work autonomously in fast-paced, site-based environments.
- Willingness to travel as required across Canada (and potentially internationally).
