Manager, Tax & Accounting (Full Time, Permanent)

Remote-first | GTA (Canada)

? $105,000 – $115,000 CAD + BONUS: 9% - 15%

We are a fast-growing and modern CPA firm, that is looking for an experienced CPA professional to join our remote-first team. The Role:

You’ll work directly with the founder, own client relationships and deliver high-quality accounting and tax services to small and mid-sized businesses.

What you’ll do

- Manage and execute compilation engagements
- Prepare and review Corporate (T2) and Personal (T1) tax returns
- Provide practical tax planning and accounting advice to business owners
- Own end-to-end client relationships
- Partner closely with the team to improve workflows, systems, and efficiency
- People manager of 1-3 senior accountants

What You Bring:

- Active Canadian CPA designation
- 3+ years experience at a small or mid-sized accounting firm
- Strong experience working directly with business owners and/or startup founders
- Solid technical foundation in QBO, corporate tax, and personal tax

- Experience with QBO, CCH iFirm and Financial Cents are strong assets.
