About the Opportunity - Prepare presentations, reports, and communication materials for internal and external stakeholders.

- Develop clear and accurate written communications, including announcements, presentations, and executive messaging.
- Analyze financial and operational results to support business reporting and decision-making.
- Coordinate reporting activities and ensure timely preparation of disclosure and communication materials.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Support the planning and execution of meetings, conferences, and stakeholder events.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance across all communications and reporting materials.

About

You - 5+ years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, financial analysis,



capital markets, or a related field.

- Experience supporting a publicly traded or publicly accountable organization.
- Strong understanding of financial statements, reporting processes, and capital markets.
- Proven experience preparing executive presentations and business communications.
- Robust financial analysis and reporting skills.
- Experience coordinating reporting cycles and supporting regulatory or corporate disclosure requirements.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
- Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and effectively manage competing priorities.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Experience working with external stakeholders, investors, or financial professionals is an asset.
- Industry-specific reporting or regulatory disclosure experience is considered an asset.
