Role Description The Manager role is a full-time, on-site position located in Woodbridge, ON. The Manager oversees daily operations of the dry cleaning facility, including staff scheduling, workflow coordination, and ensuring consistent quality standards for all services.

This role manages customer service at the front counter, resolves issues, handles special requests, and maintains a clean, organized, and safe workplace. The Manager monitors inventory for cleaning supplies and materials, supports equipment maintenance,



and ensures adherence to eco-friendly practices and company policies. Additional responsibilities include training and coaching team members, supporting local marketing initiatives, and contributing to a positive, service-oriented culture.

Qualifications

- Experience in retail, service, or facility management, with the ability to oversee daily operations and staff performance.
- Strong customer service skills, including conflict resolution, communication, and a skilled, welcoming demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of garment care or willingness to learn fabric types, stain treatment, and handling of specialty items.
- Organizational and time-management skills to manage schedules, prioritize tasks, and maintain efficient workflows.
- Comfort with basic administrative tasks such as cash handling, point-of-sale systems, and simple reporting.
- Commitment to eco-friendly practices and workplace safety standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks associated with garment handling.
- Previous supervisory experience and experience in dry cleaning, laundry, or textiles are assets but not mandatory.
