Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the implementation of culturally relevant services • Manage the Special Needs Program to ensure compliance • Supervise staff training and provide clinical oversight • Lead the intake process for CYFS services • Build relationships with external agencies for coordinated support
Requirements: • Master’s degree in social work or related field • Minimum 5 years in child and family services • 3+ years in staff supervision • Experience with Indigenous communities • Proficiency in client management systems
