Lead vital child and family programs in North Vancouver with the Tsleil-Waututh Nation as a Child, Youth & Family Services Manager. Focus on case management and team supervision to support diverse community needs.

The Manager provides both strategic and operational guidance for community development initiatives, particularly in programs supporting children and youth facing various challenges. Key skills include program leadership, case management, and staff training. Your role is crucial in ensuring all services are aligned with the Tsleil-Waututh values and provincial standards.

Key Responsibilities:



• Oversee the implementation of culturally relevant services • Manage the Special Needs Program to ensure compliance • Supervise staff training and provide clinical oversight • Lead the intake process for CYFS services • Build relationships with external agencies for coordinated support

Requirements: • Master’s degree in social work or related field • Minimum 5 years in child and family services • 3+ years in staff supervision • Experience with Indigenous communities • Proficiency in client management systems
