Penta Equipment in Ontario is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to drive people strategy across two manufacturing facilities. You will lead payroll, perks, attendance, and HR recordkeeping while partnering with leaders to improve performance and the employee experience.

This hands-on role involves on-the-floor engagement, recruitment, employee relations, health and safety administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.
