Role Overview

Port Carmen Marina is looking for a hardworking and reliable Marina Yard Staff member to assist with daily ground operations, fueling, seasonal transitions, and vessel care. You will play a vital role in moving boats, maintaining property cleanliness, and supporting our service team.

Compensation & Advantages

- Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

- Job Type: Part-Time / Seasonal

Key Responsibilities

- Pump gas safely for customers at the marina slips.

- Refuel marina equipment (tractors, skid steers, etc.) with diesel fuel as needed.

- Assist with launching, hauling, and blocking boats.

- Safely guide and maneuver watercraft around the yard.

- Perform seasonal winterization support and boat wrapping/shrink-wrapping.





- Support spring roll-out preparations to get vessels water-ready.

- Maintain cleanliness of dock areas, fuel dock, yard, and facilities.

Requirements

- Valid and clean driver's license (mandatory).

- Experience operating tow motors, forklifts, or heavy machinery is a major plus.

- Previous boat detailing, winterization and spring roll-out experience is a major plus.

- Previous marina, boating, or fuel dock experience is highly preferred.

- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.

Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
