We are seeking a energetic and energetic Market Supervisor to lead our team in delivering outstanding guest services and ensuring smooth daily operations within our market environment. Responsibilities

- Train and support employees

- Handle customer service and resolve customer complaints

- Assist with store opening and closing procedures

- Monitor daily store operations

- Monitor inventory and restock products

- Receive, inspect, and organize deliveries

- Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards

- Assist with cash handling and end-of-day reconciliation

- Monitor employee attendance and performance

- Maintain store cleanliness and organization

- Resolve operational issues during shifts

- Support cashier and operations during peak hours





- Oversee store operations in the manager’s absence

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

- Manage inventory and place supply orders

Qualifications

- Proven experience in restaurant or hotel environments with a strong background in hospitality and guest services

- Demonstrated skills in marketing, upselling, negotiation, and customer relationship management

- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills

- Ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining a high level of professionalism

- Familiarity with budgeting processes and inventory control within a hospitality setting

- Previous experience in restaurant or hotel operations is highly preferred
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service with a lively, motivated attitude

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
