Overview

Reports to: Director of Business Development

We are looking for a driven and versatile Marketing Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will support a portfolio of three brands spanning telehealth, laboratory, and supplement sectors, executing across a wide range of marketing functions and helping to operationalize our annual marketing plan.

This is a generalist role with a strong emphasis on writing, content strategy, and project management. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator and highly organized self-starter who thrives managing multiple priorities across multiple brands.

As a leader in the healthcare and male fertility space, we are in an exciting period of growth and transformation. This role will play an active part in high-impact projects and business transformation initiatives, from brand evolution to product go-to-market launches, which will lay the foundation that supports our next chapter.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Brand Management

- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals across all brands.
- Plan and manage content calendars, creating copy for websites, email campaigns, social media, landing pages, and other marketing assets.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all channels.
- Manage social media platforms and support community engagement.

Creative Production
- Create marketing assets using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.
- Produce and edit basic photo and video content, including event coverage.
- Collaborate with designers and external partners on larger creative projects.

Campaigns & Digital Marketing
- Develop and execute multichannel marketing campaigns and lead-generation initiatives.
- Build and manage email campaigns and nurture sequences.
- Maintain website content, perform basic SEO activities, and support digital marketing initiatives.





Events & External Engagement
- Plan and execute conferences, webinars, and partner events from concept through delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events and support PR, media, speaking, and podcast opportunities.

Analytics & Project Management
- Monitor marketing performance and provide recommendations for optimization.
- Manage projects, timelines, and stakeholders using tools such as Asana.
- Coordinate external vendors, agencies, and freelancers.
- Support annual marketing plans, brand initiatives, and product launches.

What We're Looking For

- 3–5 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, B2B, or a related industry.
- Exceptional writing and content development skills across multiple formats and audiences.
- Experience managing content calendars, campaigns, and projects across multiple initiatives.
- Strong event planning and project management skills; certification is an asset.
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms, social media, WordPress or similar CMS platforms, and basic SEO.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (or similar), and light video editing.
- Comfortable working with analytics tools and using data to inform decisions.
- Experience collaborating with agencies, designers, developers, and other external partners.
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- French language spoken and written skills an asset

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
