About The Role We are seeking a skilled Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our dynamic team remotely within Canada. In this role, you will play a critical part in implementing, customizing, and maintaining Salesforce Marketing Cloud instances for our diverse client base. Your expertise will help craft tailored marketing automation solutions that enhance customer journeys, optimize campaign performance, and ultimately contribute to our clients' success.

Qualifications To qualify for this role,



candidates should possess a minimum of two years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud. A strong understanding of email marketing strategies, campaign metrics, and automation workflows is essential. Familiarity with data segmentation, analysis, and SQL is highly desirable, along with basic to intermediate knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Candidates must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is considered a significant asset. Additionally, applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada and currently reside within the country.

Responsibilities Assist in designing and implementing solutions tailored to client business needs using Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

Optimize marketing automation efforts to enhance lead nurturing, customer engagement, and revenue generation through email and mobile campaigns.

Design and build customer journeys such as welcome series, promotional campaigns, and reactivation or retention workflows.

Contribute to comprehensive documentation and deliver training to clients to ensure effective management of their marketing automation instances.

Create, review,



and analyze dashboards and reports to monitor campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.

Maintain data quality and integrity within marketing databases, ensuring accurate segmentation and targeting.

Prepare, test, and deploy marketing campaigns utilizing emails, workflows, landing pages, and forms.

Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and ongoing support.
