Different brains, different jobs

Rumblers The big idea people. They move fast, bring the energy, push the thinking, and hold the room. Sometimes they lose the details on the way.

Renderers The executors. They take the idea and make it real, and they're the reason the vision lands for the client. This is the role we're hiring.

Wranglers The coordinators. The detail people and the glue that keeps the projects, the timelines, and the rest of us running.

The role

We're hiring a Renderer. In plain terms, a marketing generalist who can take a project and run with it. You'll take strategy, research, and half finished briefs and turn them into finished work that ships.

- Design across formats: decks, social, web pages, one pagers, campaign assets
- Turn raw information into something visual that actually communicates the right messaging against a strategy
- Write copy (without ai!) when the work calls for it
- Own projects end to end and move them without being chased




- Jump between clients and industries in the same week without losing the plot

What we're looking for

- Three to five years in marketing, ideally across a range of clients or industries
- Solid design skills, plus enough writing chops to handle copy when it's needed
- Critical thinking. We'll give you context and a direction, not step by step instructions
- Comfort with ambiguity. We're a startup. Not everything is defined when it hits your desk
- A generalist range. You'd rather do six things well than one thing forever
- Speed without sloppiness
