About the Role

Quality Classrooms is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns. This role has a strong emphasis on owning email marketing from end to end, from campaign planning and audience segmentation to deployment, reporting, and optimization.

Responsibilities

- Own the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, including planning, segmentation, content creation, design, testing, deployment, and reporting.
- Build and manage promotional, automated, nurture, and product-focused email campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement.
- Create content and marketing assets for email, social media, and promotional campaigns.
- Write compelling marketing copy, subject lines, and calls-to-action.
- Design graphics and edit images and videos to support marketing initiatives.
- Analyze campaign results and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

- 2+ years of experience in marketing, campaign management, or digital marketing.




- Proven experience independently managing email marketing campaigns from strategy through reporting.
- Experience with Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, or similar email platforms.
- Robust copywriting, content creation, and visual design skills.
- Experience analyzing marketing performance data and generating insights.
