Oxford College Scarborough Campus is seeking to hire a Registered Massage Therapist part-time as a Supervisor for the Student Massage Clinic as part of the Massage Therapy Program. We are looking for candidates with an afternoon availability (1pm to 5pm).

The Massage Therapy Student Clinic Supervisor oversees student therapists during clinical sessions, ensuring safe, professional, and effective client care while ensuring compliance with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO) regulations. This role involves mentoring students, monitoring treatment techniques and documentation, providing constructive feedback, and ensuring compliance with clinic policies, health regulations, and professional standards. The supervisor supports student learning and development while helping maintain a positive client experience and efficient clinic operations.

Strong communication, leadership, and clinical massage therapy skills are required.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise student therapists during clinical sessions
- Ensure student compliance with professional, ethical and regulatory standards
- Provide feedback, evaluation and guidance to support student development




- Collaborate with faculty and program coordinator to support curriculum integration
- Uphold infection prevention, safety protocols, and professional conduct in the clinic environment
- Address any client concerns
- Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with the CMTO standards

Key Responsibilities:

- RMT in good standing with the CMTO
- Minimum 2-5 years clinical experience (educational supervision or teaching experience an asset)
- Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification (Red Cross equivalent)
- Strong communication, leadership and mentoring skills
- Knowledge of CMTO Standard of Practice, Code of Ethics and PHIPA and AODA legislation
- Ability to foster an supportive learning environment while maintaining accountability
- Strong communication and problem solving skills

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
