Help transform adult mental health care as a Masters-Level Psychologist at Nova Scotia Health in Digby. This full time position emphasizes evidence-based treatment and collaboration. As part of the Adult Outpatient Mental Health & Addictions team, you will provide essential psychological assessments and treatments for challenging mental health issues and substance use disorders.
Candidates must have completed a Master's in Psychology and possess two years of clinical experience. A focus on ethical practice and patient-centered care forms the core of this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evidence-based psychological evaluations for clients
- Deliver tailored treatment plans based on clinical pathways
- Actively participate in consultation groups for shared learning
- Ensure culturally sensitive care for diverse patient backgrounds
- Commit to continuous improvement in service delivery Requirements:
- Master's in Psychology required
- Registered or eligible for registration with NSBEP
