An opening exists in the Operations Division for the position of Material Handler. We are hiring individuals for our day shift (7am to 2:30pm) as well as our evening shift (3pm to 10:30pm). The hourly rate for this position is $20/hour.

Work Location

This position works out of our East Gwillimbury facility, located at 1390 Ringwell Drive, East Gwillimbury.

Responsibilities

- Perform product movements to bulk/pick locations, ensuring paperwork is completed and handed in for timely system updates.




- The Material Handler is responsible for supporting warehouse fulfillment, ensuring timely handling of inbound/outbound freight, as well as daily stock replenishment.
- The Material Handler is responsible for coordinating and consolidating skids for bulk storage/shipping, performing housekeeping duties and supporting the warehouse fulfillment and packaging.

Qualifications

- Reach Truck experience required (recent certification preferred)
- The ideal candidate has a high school education; 1-3 years’ previous warehouse experience and excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Attention to detail; a positive attitude and the ability to be a team player are also requirements of this position.
- This is a position that requires CSA approved (green-label) safety shoes.
- Some heavy lifting (up to 40 lbs.) is required
