I'm a Métis communications pro with a passion for digital accessibility. I've spiced up campaigns across industries - from healthcare to hospitality and pharma to non-profits. Whether it's corporate comms or creative content, I'm here to make your message shine and reach everyone!

I run PR & Lattes, a lively blog and podcast where PR newbies and veterans chat about all things PR, communications, and marketing.

My career is a vibrant mix of managing social media communities, crafting strategic plans, handling media with finesse, and training on digital accessibility. I love breaking down barriers and blending classic storytelling with modern tactics to create narratives that resonate and include everyone.

With certifications in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) and as an Accessible Documents Specialist (ADS), I'm dedicated to making digital communication accessible for all, and I'm excited to help you do the same!

When I'm not consulting or helping organizations shine, I'm either volunteering or staying at home with my husband and two Old English Sheepdogs, Agnes and Edith, who are always by my side and ready to lend a paw.
