Responsibilities

- Perform precise measurements using a variety of tools and sensors to verify product specifications and process parameters.
- Calibrate and maintain measurement equipment, including sensors, gauges, and automated systems, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
- Troubleshoot measurement system issues by analyzing schematics, wiring diagrams, and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programs to identify root causes.
- Assist with installation, setup, and integration of measurement devices within manufacturing lines, adhering to safety standards.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to perform routine inspections and repairs on industrial equipment, including CNC machines and low-voltage electrical systems.




- Interpret technical drawings such as AutoCAD schematics to support system modifications or upgrades.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by documenting procedures, conducting data analysis, and recommending enhancements for measurement processes.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in industrial maintenance or electrical work within manufacturing settings.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience working with sensors, PLCs, schematics, and automation systems.
- Familiarity with AutoCAD for reading or creating technical drawings related to measurement setups.
- Knowledge of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), low-voltage electrical systems, and CNC machinery is highly desirable.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex measurement issues using technical documentation and schematics.
- Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and teamwork.
- Prior experience in industrial electrician roles or maintenance positions involving sensors, electrical systems, or manufacturing equipment is a plus.
