Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dependable Mechanic with 310T or 310S to join our team. This role is responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of equipment and vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety. The ideal candidate brings advanced technical experience, strong problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Key Responsibilities

- Diagnose mechanical issues using appropriate testing equipment and procedures
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on vehicles and/or machinery
- Inspect systems, components, and parts for wear, damage, or malfunction
- Replace or repair defective parts using hand and power tools
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation




- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Support junior mechanics with troubleshooting and mentoring when required
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free

Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent (trade certification preferred)
- 3–5+ years of mechanical experience (automotive, heavy equipment, or industrial)
- Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems 310T (Truck & Coach Technician) or 310S (Automotive Service Technician) certification.
- Valid driver’s license (if applicable)
- Robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
