We are seeking an experienced Messageway/Seeburger Support Analyst to support and maintain enterprise Managed File Transfer (MFT) environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Messageway, Seeburger, or similar MFT platforms , ensuring secure, reliable, and automated file transfers across enterprise systems.

In this role, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting file transfer environments while collaborating with infrastructure, application, and DevOps teams. You will also help automate workflows, manage secure partner connectivity, perform root cause analysis, and ensure the high availability and reliability of mission-critical file transfer services.

Key Requirements

- 5+ years of experience supporting Messageway, Seeburger, or similar Managed File Transfer (MFT) platforms.
- Hands-on experience with secure file transfer protocols including SFTP, FTPS, FTP, and HTTPS .
- Experience configuring and managing MFT transfer flows, queues, channels, and partner connections.
- Strong knowledge of Messageway/Seeburger configuration and file transfer management .
- Experience automating file transfer workflows.
- Knowledge of enterprise integration and secure data exchange.
- Experience with Linux/Unix and Windows Server environments.
- Scripting experience using Shell, Python, or PowerShell .
- Experience configuring and maintaining SSH keys and PGP encryption/decryption .
- Robust troubleshooting, log analysis, and root cause analysis skills.




- Experience providing Level 2/Level 3 production support .
- Excellent communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Windows Server patching and application validation after maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, configure, and maintain Messageway/Seeburger Managed File Transfer (MFT) environments.
- Configure transfer flows, queues, channels, and secure partner connections.
- Implement and manage secure file transfer protocols including SFTP, FTP, FTPS, and HTTPS .
- Automate file transfer workflows and scheduling using MFT tools and scripting.
- Monitor file transfer activities and proactively resolve failures using logs, alerts, and monitoring tools.
- Provide Level 2/Level 3 production support for file transfer incidents and service requests.
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive solutions for recurring issues.
- Configure and maintain SSH keys and PGP encryption for secure file transfers.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure, DevOps, Application, and Business teams to ensure seamless enterprise data exchange.
- Ensure the availability, performance, security, and reliability of MFT systems.
- Create and maintain technical documentation for configurations, workflows, operational procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
- Coordinate Windows Server patching , maintenance activities, and post-patch application validation.
- Support enterprise integration initiatives and continuously improve file transfer automation and operational efficiency.
