ABOUT THE PROJEC**

T:Our client is undertaking a significant endpoint modernization initiative focused on transitioning enterprise endpoint management from Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM) to Microsoft Intune. While both platforms currently exist within the environment, this role will play a key part in advancing the organization’s modern management strategy, improving endpoint security, streamlining device lifecycle management, and supporting cloud-first endpoint administratio n.

ABOUT THE RESPONSIBILIT**

ENTS:Must-

have:• 5+ years of Microsoft endpoint support exper ience• 2–5+ years of Microsoft Intune support/a dmin.• 2+ years supporting Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/

MECM)• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 endpoint manag ement• Experience with Windows Autopilot provisioning and deplo yment• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID (Azur e AD)• Experience administering endpoint compliance policies, configuration profiles, application deployment, patch management,



and device lifecycle manag ement• Experience supporting endpoint security and compliance initia tives• PowerShell scripting exper ience• Experience providing advanced (Level 3) endpoint su pport• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation s kills• Ability to work effectively with Service Desk, Infrastructure, and Security teams
