We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Medical Office Assistants (MOA) to join our healthcare team on a full-time or part-time basis. Duties

- Greet patients warmly and verify their appointment details to ensure accurate check-in procedures
- Assist with patient registration, updating medical records, and managing appointment schedules
- Support healthcare providers with clinical tasks such as preparing examination rooms and handling medical documentation
- Administer medications as directed by physicians, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to safety protocols
- Maintain a clean,



organized reception area and clinical workspace to promote a secure environment
- Handle phone inquiries, schedule appointments, and relay messages efficiently to ensure seamless communication
- Support inventory management by monitoring medical supplies and requesting restocking when necessary
- Strong understanding of patient care procedures and medical terminology
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, staff, and healthcare providers
- Ability to accurately administer medications following prescribed protocols
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills for managing records and schedules
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced environments while multitasking effectively
