Duties

- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
- Conduct body waxing treatments safely and hygienically to meet client preferences
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs and offering personalized beauty solutions
- Maintain strict sanitation and cleanliness standards across all treatment areas to ensure safety and hygiene
- Upsell additional services or retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions for lasting results




- Support retail sales efforts by recommending suitable products that meet individual client needs

Skills

- Proficiency in nail care techniques including shaping, polishing, gel application, and nail art design
- Experience with body waxing procedures across various areas of the body
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their beauty goals
- Knowledge of sanitation protocols to uphold health standards in all treatments
