Responsibilities

- Provide professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and other nail enhancements with precision and artistry
- Maintain the highest standards of sanitation and cleanliness to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences, offer recommendations, and upsell additional services or retail products to enhance their experience
- Deliver excellent customer service by creating a friendly, positive atmosphere that promotes client satisfaction and loyalty
- Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare to extend the longevity of their treatments




- Keep detailed records of services performed and inventory levels for supplies and retail products
- Assist in retail sales by promoting nail care products, skincare items, and accessories to meet sales goals

Requirements

- Proven experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, and advanced nail techniques
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and best practices in a salon setting
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Ability to upsell retail products confidently while maintaining genuine customer relationships
- Experience with body waxing is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is appreciated
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, skilled demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed
