Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Naturopathic Doctor to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide evidence-informed naturopathic care to patients, utilizing a holistic approach to support health, wellness, and disease prevention. The Naturopathic

Doctor will work alongside other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.

Duties

- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including detailed medical histories, health concerns, lifestyle factors, and physical examinations.
- Develop personalized naturopathic treatment plans based on patient assessments and evidence-informed naturopathic principles.
- Provide naturopathic therapies and recommendations, including clinical nutrition, lifestyle counseling, supplementation, botanical medicine, and other therapies within scope of practice.
- Educate patients on nutrition, exercise, stress management, sleep hygiene, and other lifestyle modifications to support optimal health outcomes.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to achieve health goals.
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and confidential patient records in compliance with regulatory and healthcare standards.
- Collaborate with physicians, allied healthcare practitioners, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care.




- Stay current with advancements in naturopathic medicine through ongoing professional development and continuing education.
- Contribute to a positive, professional, and welcoming clinic environment for patients and staff.

Skills

- Minimum 5 years of experience in the field
- Specialization in Women's Health, Hormonal Issues and Infertility
- Solid knowledge of naturopathic medicine, clinical nutrition, anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
- Excellent patient assessment and clinical reasoning skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to educate, motivate, and support patients.
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans that address complex health concerns holistically.
- Professionalism and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards in healthcare practice.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
- Previous experience using Jane App is considered an asset.
- Current registration and good standing with the applicable provincial regulatory body is required.
- A reliable mode of transportation is required.

This role is ideal for individuals passionate about holistic healthcare who are committed to empowering patients and improving health outcomes through comprehensive naturopathic care. Pay: $80.00-$100.00 per hour
