As part of our continued growth, we are expanding our Integrative Medicine Division and are seeking an ambitious Naturopathic Doctor to help shape, grow, and lead our naturopathic services. Position Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, motivated, and entrepreneurial Naturopathic Doctor (ND) to join our growing multidisciplinary team.

This is an exceptional opportunity to establish or expand your practice within a collaborative healthcare environment while working alongside physicians and other regulated healthcare professionals. The successful candidate will conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, provide evidence-informed naturopathic care, and collaborate with our multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive naturopathic assessments and health evaluations.
- Develop individualized evidence-informed treatment plans.
- Provide naturopathic treatments within your authorized scope of practice.
- Educate patients regarding nutrition, lifestyle medicine, supplementation, and preventive healthcare strategies.




- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as clinically appropriate.
- Collaborate with physicians and other regulated healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete patient records in accordance with the standards of the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).
- Participate in the development and expansion of the clinic's naturopathic services.
- Participate in interdisciplinary case discussions when appropriate.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional clinical environment.
- Practice in accordance with all applicable legislation, professional standards, ethical guidelines, and clinic policies.
- Deliver an exceptional patient experience through professionalism, compassion, and outstanding communication.

Qualifications

Required

- Registered and in good standing with the College of Naturopaths of Ontario (CONO).
- Current professional liability insurance.
- Excellent clinical assessment and patient communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
- Commitment to evidence-informed practice and ongoing professional development.

Preferred We welcome Naturopathic Doctors with experience or a special interest in:

- Women's health

- Hormonal health
- Fertility and reproductive health
- Perimenopause and menopause
- Digestive health
- Functional medicine
- Chronic pain management

- Healthy aging and longevity
- Weight management
- IV Nutrient Therapy

Additional assets include:

- Experience working alongside physicians, physiotherapists, chiropractors, massage therapists, acupuncturists, or other regulated healthcare professionals.
- IVIT (Intravenous Infusion Therapy) certification.
- Experience using JaneApp electronic medical records (EMRs).
- Interest in integrating naturopathic medicine with advanced BIOFLEX Laser Therapy and rehabilitation-focused treatment plans.
