Title: Lead Network Architect - Data centre exit & cloud migration program
Start Date : Sep 2026
Duration : approx. 5 months - likely extension (800 hours each)
Location : Montreal - 4 days in onsite
Summary:
Turns network discovery into the target connectivity design. Maps flows, segmentation, and dependencies, defines the planning-level hub-and-spoke network, and identifies network-driven wave and decommission constraints on the DC-exit critical path.
Must-Have
- Proven experience as a Network Architect in large-scale cloud migration or data centre exit programs.
- Strong expertise in AWS and Azure networking services and architectures.
- Deep understanding of enterprise network design, including routing, segmentation, firewalls, and load balancing.
- Experience designing hub-and-spoke and hybrid cloud connectivity models.
- Robust ability to map and analyze application network flows and dependencies.
- Experience aligning network architecture with migration wave planning and execution.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in highly regulated or enterprise-scale environments (e.g., aviation, transportation).
- Familiarity with zero-trust networking principles and modern network security models.
- Experience with network automation or infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Advanced Networking, Azure Network Engineer, CCNP/CCIE).
- Bilingual (English/French).
