Job Summary

We are a family owned and operated drapery manufacturing business located in Scarborough. We are committed to providing excellent customer service and quality window treatments.

We are currently looking for a friendly, responsible, and energetic individual to assist in various office/workroom duties as part of our team.

Responsibilities

- Greet visitors, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct calls and email communications with professional phone etiquette.
- Manage front desk duties, including handling incoming inquiries, scheduling appointments, providing quotes, managing orders, and maintaining a welcoming workplace.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office applications, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks for bookkeeping and record-keeping.
- Support administrative functions including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and supply inventory monitoring.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring excellent service standards.




- Help maintain by tidying and organizing showroom and office space

Skills

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools.
- Strong computer skills with experience in data entry, filing, and document proofreading.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette.

Job Type: Full-Time Experience in the Window Coverings Industry is not required as Full Paid training offered.

Required hours: Weekdays 9:00am to 6:00pm, Available Saturdays 10am-5pm

Location: Birchmount Road and Eglinton Avenue (Scarborough)
