Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment? We are currently seeking a dedicated Online Specialty Ordering Representative to join our team at the Sobeys Corporate Office in Victoria or Calgary.

Reporting to the Manager, National Online Specialty Ordering, you will be responsible for taking, managing, and executing online orders from our retail customers, ensuring their satisfaction, and maintaining our “customers & stores first” commitment to quality products and customer service.

Online Specialty Ordering operates seven (7) days per week 8:00 am - 4:00pm.

This is a Permanent Part-Time role.

Responsibilities:

- Support a culture of inclusion for our employees, customers & teammates.
- Deliver a compelling customer care experience representing Thrifty Foods, Sobeys & Safeway brand, being respectful to our customers and solving any order related customer problems.
- De-escalate any continuous situations through understanding, empathy, and empowerment.
- Keep Leadership team informed of any emerging trends and potential escalations.
- Follow the guidelines outlined in training.
- Be a subject matter expert to assigned product categories – floral & entertaining.
- Meet or exceed, established key performance metrics.
- Maintain a professional communication style when engaging with customers, reflecting a "customer first" attitude.
- Develop strong working relationships with stores and other departments within the company.

Requirements:

- Excellent communication skills and ability to build meaningful team relationships to drive results.
- Adaptable and open to coaching
- Digital Competence; confidence in using basic software applications & troubleshooting.
- Proven customer service support skills,



ideally with related experience.
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills with the ability to multi-task
- Proven time management skills, ability to work to deadlines with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
- General knowledge and processes of a support center
