The Operations/Production Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operational and production activities to ensure efficiency, quality, safety, and profitability. The role involves planning production schedules, managing resources, optimizing processes, supervising teams, and ensuring products are delivered on time.

Responsibilities:

- Plan, organize, and oversee daily production and operational activities.

- Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demands and business objectives.

- Monitor production performance and implement strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.

- Ensure all products meet established quality standards and customer specifications.

- Manage production budgets, control operational costs, and minimize waste.

- Supervise, train, and evaluate production and operations staff.

- Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and company policies.

- Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, maintenance, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.

- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.

- Analyze operational data and prepare production reports for management.





- Identify process improvement opportunities and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

- Resolve production issues and operational challenges promptly to maintain workflow.

- Ensure efficient inventory management of raw materials and finished products.

- Participate in strategic planning to improve operational performance and business growth.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Manufacturing, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations or production management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.

- Strong knowledge of production planning, manufacturing processes, and operational management.

- Proven leadership and people management skills.

- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret production and operational data.

- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement methodologies is an added advantage.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/MRP systems.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

- Strong project management and time management abilities.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

- Valuable understanding of quality management systems, workplace safety regulations, and environmental compliance.
