About Us

LooK Optometry is a friendly, patient-focused eye care clinic in Surrey. We're growing, and we're looking for a warm, dependable person to join our team as an Optometric Assistant. No experience? No problem — if you have a great attitude and love helping people, we'll teach you everything you need to know.

What You'll Do

- Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable from the moment they walk in
- Assist the optometrists during eye exams and with pre-testing equipment
- Handle patient recalls — reaching out to remind patients when they're due for their next exam and booking their appointments
- Book and confirm appointments, and manage the daily schedule
- Help patients select and fit eyewear
- Keep the clinic running smoothly with general front-desk and administrative support

- Good communication skills and comfort talking with patients on the phone
- Willingness to learn — no prior optical or medical experience required
