Job Title: Oracle Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management (EPCM)

Location: Remote (Travel as needed)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management (EPCM) Cloud SME to lead enterprise EPM implementations for clients in the Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Oracle EPCM Cloud , strong Finance and FP&A; process knowledge, and proven experience delivering large-scale Oracle EPM Cloud implementations in highly regulated environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead business requirement gathering, solution design, fit-gap analysis, and functional workshops for Oracle EPCM Cloud implementations.
- Design, configure, implement, and support Oracle Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management (EPCM) Cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with Finance, FP&A;, and Accounting stakeholders to deliver scalable profitability and cost allocation models.
- Manage integrations, data loading, metadata, and interfaces between Oracle EPM applications and external systems.
- Configure and support Oracle EPM modules including Planning Cloud, Consolidation Cloud, Narrative Reporting, and Data Management.
- Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulatory requirements, audit controls, and data governance standards.
- Conduct user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and prepare functional and technical documentation.
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvements.





Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of Oracle EPM implementation experience with robust expertise in Oracle Enterprise Profitability & Cost Management (EPCM) Cloud .
- Successfully delivered at least two full lifecycle Oracle EPCM Cloud implementations .
- Experience working in the Life Sciences/Pharmaceutical industry within regulated environments.
- Strong understanding of Accounting, Cost Allocation, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;), Budgeting, and Financial Reporting .
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Planning Cloud, Consolidation Cloud (FCCS), Narrative Reporting, and Data Management.
- Experience managing data integration, metadata management, and interface design.
- Excellent client-facing consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle EPM Cloud certifications.
- Experience integrating Oracle EPM with Oracle ERP Cloud or other enterprise financial systems.
- Knowledge of Smart View, EDMCS, EPM Automate, Groovy scripting, or REST APIs.
- Experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
