Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Order Desk, Warehouse, and General Labour Associate. In this multifaceted role, you will be the vital link between order processing, inventory management, and warehouse operations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure seamless order fulfillment, efficient warehouse management, and smooth day-to-day logistics.

Responsibilities

- Process customer orders accurately using warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software such as MRP or AS400 systems.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring correct quantities and packaging standards.
- Load and unload shipments efficiently using equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, or other material handling tools.
- Maintain organized inventory records through regular cycle counts and stock reconciliation.
- Assist with shipping and receiving activities by verifying inbound/outbound shipments against purchase orders and delivery documents.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and competently, including forklifts and reach trucks, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Support warehouse distribution processes by coordinating order fulfillment schedules and managing stock movement within the facility.
- Contribute to a clean, safe,



and organized work environment by following safety guidelines and participating in regular safety audits.
- Collaborate with team members to improve warehouse workflows and ensure timely delivery of customer orders.

Skills

- Proven experience in warehouse operations, distribution centers, or related roles with a focus on order picking and shipping & receiving.
- Certification or experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, or other material handling equipment.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), MRP systems, or AS400 platforms for inventory control and order processing.
- Robust understanding of warehouse distribution processes including order fulfillment, packing techniques, load & unload procedures.
- Basic math skills for counting inventory accurately and calculating measurements for packaging.
- Experience with e-commerce order processing is a plus, demonstrating adaptability in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a physically demanding setting requiring standing, lifting, loading/unloading tasks.
