As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to join our Winnipeg team and help expand our presence across the region.

What You’ll Do

You’ll own a defined territory and be responsible for driving new business while strengthening relationships with existing clients. This role is deal for someone who thrives on autonomy, consultative selling, and seeing the direct impact of their work.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and grow an existing portfolio of clients by identifying opportunities to upgrade equipment, expand services, and introduce recent technology.

· Prospect, qualify, and secure new business across Southern Manitoba, mid-market, and enterprise accounts.

· Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, complete with forecasting, activity tracking, and CRM accuracy.





· Prepare proposals, pricing structures, and ROI analyses that align with company guidelines.

· Collaborate with service and vendor partners to deliver seamless customer experiences.

· Stay current on product lines, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

· Consistently achieve sales, margin, and territory profitability targets.

What You Bring

· Proven ability to build trust, manage relationships, and adapt to diverse customer needs.

· Excellent organization and planning skills.

· Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience (office technology, print, or related industries preferred).

· Valid driver’s license

Pay: $36,270.74-$148,758.50 per year
