Red Rooster Golf is hiring a Part-Time Fulfillment Associate in Ottawa, ON. The role involves picking, packing, and shipping online orders with high accuracy while following strict order processing standards. The role could also expand to include providing responses to customer inquiries on an as needed/backup basis.

You will document orders, use labels and pick slips, and maintain safety and cleanliness in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Training is provided. Must have a vehicle. Strong knowledge of golf is an asset. Work hours are approximately 6 hours/day (daytime hours) Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays - 18-21 hours per week but may fluctuate based on order demand.

Responsibilities

- Accurately pick, pack and ship online orders
- Follow order-processing and quality-control procedures
- Prepare shipping labels and organize pick slips
- Document and update order information
- Verify products, quantities and shipping details before dispatch
- Maintain a clean, safe and organized warehouse
- Monitor packing and shipping supply levels




- Assist with receiving and organizing inventory as needed
- Deliver packages to the post office.
- Occasionally respond to customer inquiries via email and live chat
- Help resolve basic order and shipping issues
- Support the team during busy periods
