Union Tractor is looking for an experienced Senior Parts Technician to join our Nisku team. If you're customer-focused, knowledgeable in heavy equipment parts, and enjoy mentoring others, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to customers and technicians
- Source heavy equipment parts using SIS and OEM resources
- Prepare complex rebuild quotes and manage parts orders
- Maintain inventory, purchasing, shipping/receiving, and warehouse transfers
- Follow up on quotes and proactively identify sales opportunities
- Train and mentor Junior Parts Technicians
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with company procedures and safety standards





What You'll Bring
- Minimum 5 years of heavy equipment parts experience or Journeyman equivalent
- 5+ years of experience using OEM parts and service software such as Caterpillar SIS, Volvo Prosis, John Deere Service ADVISOR, Komatsu CSS, or equivalent heavy equipment diagnostic and parts information systems.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Robust attention to detail and organizational skills
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation and work overtime when required
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
